“THE VAN DER WAALS ATTRACTION’

This Tiny Masters event was born through the wish to create a phantasmagorical aural-optical tickling labyrinth of avante-garde music, art and performance. Tiny Masters introduces talent from your doorstep and combines this with gifted artists and musicians from London, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Leeds and Edinburgh.

Each one of the bands are present and future headliner gems and are tipped as some of the most exciting bands for the future (And it's not just us saying that - just have a look at their reviews in their descriptions on our myspace!). From 'surreal circus pop' to 'post-hardcore rock and roll' this is a night of serious genre mashing. Micachu and The Shapes, Pulled Apart by Horses, The Velcro Quartet and The Mooncats. Plus DJs Johnny Hot Sauce and Fidge.

The exhibition features a whole wall of live art and graffiti from artists dubbed as 'Northern Banksy's'. Usually their identity is a well guarded secret but you'll be able to meet them and watch them work on the night! There are over 25 artists taking part in the exhibition, displaying audio visual art, digital art, sculpture, installation, paintings, illustration, photography, live VJ mixing and more...
